How to Search and Filter Jobs in Your Dashboard

Find specific jobs quickly using search in your admin dashboard.

When you have many job listings, use search to find what you need quickly.

Search for jobs

  1. Go to Jobs in the sidebar
  2. Use the search box labeled "Search jobs by title or company"
  3. Type your search term and press Enter

What search matches

The search looks for your term in:

  • Job titles
  • Company names

Search tips

  • Search for specific job titles to find exact matches
  • Search by company name to find all jobs from one employer
  • Use keywords to narrow down results

Jobs table

The jobs table shows these columns:

  • Job: The job title (click to edit)
  • Company: The employer
  • Location: Where the job is based
  • Updated: When the job was last modified
  • Status: Published or draft

Pagination

When you have many jobs, use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages.
