Find specific jobs quickly using search in your admin dashboard.

By Abi Tyas Tunggal and Jack Walsh

When you have many job listings, use search to find what you need quickly.

How to search for jobs

  1. Go to Jobs in the sidebar
  2. Use the search box labeled "Search jobs by title or company"
  3. Type your search term and press Enter

What search matches

The search looks for your term in:

  • Job titles
  • Company names

Search tips

  • Search for specific job titles to find exact matches
  • Search by company name to find all jobs from one employer
  • Use keywords to narrow down results

Jobs table columns

The jobs table shows these columns:

  • Job: The job title (click to edit)
  • Company: The employer
  • Location: Where the job is based
  • Updated: When the job was last modified
  • Status: Published or draft

Pagination

When you have many jobs, use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages.

Frequently asked questions

The dashboard search matches job titles and company names only. To find jobs by location, scroll through the table or use browser search (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F) on the Location column.

Look at the Status column in the jobs table. Draft jobs show "Draft" while published jobs show "Published." You can also sort by this column to group drafts together.

Check your spelling and try shorter search terms. The search matches partial text, so "develop" will find "Developer" and "Development." If you still see no results, the job may have been deleted or moved to a different account.
