View and change your Cavuno plan.

View your current plan
- Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
- See your current plan details:
- Plan name
- Price
- Billing cycle
- Renewal date
Change your plan
Upgrade
To access more features:
- Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
- Select a new plan from the available options
- Click Proceed to payment
- Complete the payment process
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrade
To reduce your plan:
- Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
- Select a lower plan from the available options
- Click Proceed to payment
- Confirm the change
Downgrades typically take effect at your next billing cycle.

Monthly billing
- Pay each month
- More flexibility
- Higher per-month cost
Annual billing
- Pay once per year
- Usually discounted
- Longer commitment
Switching cycles
Contact support to switch between monthly and annual billing.
Cancel your subscription
To cancel:
- Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
What happens when you cancel
- Access continues until your paid period ends
- Your data is retained for 30 days
- You can resubscribe anytime
- Boards may become inaccessible after cancellation
Reactivate a cancelled subscription
If you cancelled but changed your mind:
- Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
- Click Reactivate
- Choose your plan
- Complete payment
Plan limits
Each plan has limits on:
- Number of job boards
- Team members
- Features available
- Storage
Approaching a limit? Consider upgrading.
