Manage Your Subscription

Manage your Cavuno subscription to access the features you need.

View your current plan

1. Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
2. See your current plan details:
   • Plan name
   • Price
   • Billing cycle
   • Renewal date

Change your plan

Upgrade

To access more features:

1. Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
2. Select a new plan from the available options
3. Click Proceed to payment
4. Complete the payment process

Upgrades take effect immediately.

Downgrade

To reduce your plan:

1. Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
2. Select a lower plan from the available options
3. Click Proceed to payment
4. Confirm the change

Downgrades typically take effect at your next billing cycle.

Billing cycles

Monthly billing

• Pay each month
• More flexibility
• Higher per-month cost

Annual billing

• Pay once per year
• Usually discounted
• Longer commitment

Switching cycles

Contact support to switch between monthly and annual billing.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel:

1. Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Confirm cancellation

What happens when you cancel

• Access continues until your paid period ends
• Your data is retained for a period
• You can resubscribe anytime
• Boards may become inaccessible after cancellation

Reactivate a cancelled subscription

If you cancelled but changed your mind:

1. Go to Plan & billing in the sidebar
2. Click Reactivate
3. Choose your plan
4. Complete payment

Plan limits

Each plan has limits on:

• Number of job boards
• Team members
• Features available
• Storage

Approaching a limit? Consider upgrading.
