Manage subscription

View and change your Cavuno plan. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal.

View, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Cavuno subscription at any time. Everything is self-serve from Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Changes to an existing subscription happen in the secure Stripe billing portal, which opens from the buttons on that page.

View your current plan

Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, its price, and how much of your active jobs, subscribers, and team seats allowance you are using.

Upgrade or downgrade your plan

If you are on the free plan with no subscription yet:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Choose the plan you want and complete checkout

If you already have a paid subscription, plan changes happen in the Stripe billing portal:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal
  3. Change your plan there and confirm

Upgrades take effect immediately, and Stripe charges the prorated difference right away. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

Cancel your subscription

There is no cancel button inside the Cavuno dashboard itself. Cancellation happens in the Stripe billing portal:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal
  3. Cancel your plan from the portal and confirm

Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your board is hidden from the public. We keep your board and data for one year, so you can reactivate any time within that window.

Pause your subscription

There is no pause option. If you need a break, cancel from the billing portal and resubscribe later. Because your board and data are kept for a year after cancelling, reactivating picks up where you left off.

Reactivate your subscription

If you cancelled and changed your mind, go to Settings → Billing and choose a plan again. As long as you resubscribe within a year of cancelling, your board comes back as it was.

Plan limits

Each plan sets limits on active jobs, subscribers, and team seats. See Plans and pricing for the full list. If you are approaching a limit, upgrading raises it.
