Key metrics

Current visitors

See how many people are on your board right now. Use this to measure impact from marketing campaigns or social posts.

A chart showing daily visitors over time. Look for patterns to understand what drives growth: new job posts, SEO improvements, or external links.

Jobs posted

Total count of active job listings. More jobs typically mean more search traffic and more reasons for candidates to return.

Top jobs

Most-viewed job listings. These tell you what job seekers want. Focus on attracting similar roles and employers.

Top companies

Companies with the most job views. Use this to identify which employers resonate with your audience.

Top sources

Traffic ranked by referrer. Each row shows visitors and apply clicks for that source.

Top countries

Visitor counts by country. Each row shows visitors and apply clicks for that country.

Top devices

Visitor counts by device type. Each row shows visitors and apply clicks for that device.

Per-job performance

The Jobs list includes three columns for each listing: Views, Apply clicks, and Applications. Views count page loads on the job detail. Apply clicks count presses on the Apply button. Applications counts native applications submitted through your board; jobs using an external application URL show — instead.

Filter by date

Change the time period for your analytics:

  1. Click the date picker in the top right
  2. Select a preset:
    • Today
    • Last 7 days
    • Last 30 days
    • Last 90 days
  3. Or choose a custom date range
