Edit Company Profile

Keep company profiles accurate and up to date.

Edit a company

1. Go to Companies in the sidebar
2. Find the company you want to edit
3. Click the company name to open the edit form
4. Make your changes
5. Click Save changes

What you can update

• Company name: Official company name
• Slug: URL-friendly identifier
• Logo: Company logo image
• Website: Company website URL
• Summary: Brief tagline for listings
• Description: Detailed company overview
• Social links: X profile, LinkedIn, Facebook URLs
• Automatically add jobs from this company: Enable/disable job backfilling

Changing the company slug

The slug affects the company's URL. Changing it:

1. Creates a new URL for the company page
2. Old URLs may return 404 errors
3. Should be done carefully if the page is indexed

Updating the company logo

1. Click on the current logo or upload area
2. Upload a new image
3. The old logo is replaced immediately

Enable or disable backfilling

1. Find the Automatically add jobs from this company checkbox
2. Check to automatically import jobs from this company
3. Uncheck to stop importing new jobs
4. Click Save changes

Delete a company

To remove a company:

1. Find the company in your list
2. Click the three-dot menu (...)
3. Select Delete
4. Confirm the action

Note: Deleting a company also removes all jobs associated with it.

Best practices

1. Keep information current: Update descriptions when companies change
2. Use consistent formatting: Similar description styles look professional
3. Verify logos: Ensure logos are high quality and correctly sized
4. Check links: Verify company website and social URLs work
