Do I have to add jobs manually, or does Cavuno import them?

Cavuno imports them. Backfill automatically pulls relevant jobs from company careers pages based on your rules and company sources — AI generates starter rules from your board description when the board is created. Manual posting is optional, for roles backfill can't reach.

My backfill isn't bringing in enough jobs — what do I check?

On the Backfill page: widen rule conditions that are too narrow, toggle on more companies in the Backfilling tab, and loosen the AI filtering Board context if it's rejecting relevant roles. Backfill counts toward your plan's active-jobs limit and runs a full sync daily, so changes can take a few hours to show.

Backfill automatically imports jobs from company careers pages to populate your board. It solves the chicken-and-egg problem every new job board faces: you need jobs to attract candidates, but employers want to see traffic before posting. With backfill, your board has fresh, relevant content from day one while you build direct employer relationships.
