Cavuno also supports Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
What GA4 measures
- Visitor demographics (location, device, browser)
- Traffic sources (search, social, direct, referral)
- Page views and time on site
- User behavior flow
- Conversion tracking
Get your Measurement ID
- Go to analytics.google.com
- Click Admin (gear icon)
- Under your property, click Data Streams
- Click your web stream or create one
- Copy the Measurement ID (starts with "G-")
Add to Cavuno
- Go to Board settings in the sidebar, then click the Analytics tab
- Find the GA4 Measurement ID field
- Paste your Measurement ID
- Click Save changes
Verify tracking
- Visit your job board
- In Google Analytics, go to Reports > Realtime
- You should see your visit appear
Enable cookie consent
To comply with privacy regulations like GDPR:
- Go to Board settings > Analytics tab
- Enable Require cookie consent
- Click Save changes
Visitors see a cookie consent banner. Analytics tracking only starts after they consent.
You can also customize the cookie banner title, description, button labels, and preferences label from the Analytics settings page. After a visitor accepts or rejects the banner, they can reopen their choice from the cookie preferences control on the public board.
