Quick Start Guide
Launch your job board in 5 minutes with this step-by-step guide.
Get your job board live in a few minutes. When you create a board, Cavuno's AI automatically sets up your theme, page content, SEO, and backfill rules — so you can focus on the things AI can't do for you.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
- A Cavuno account (sign up at cavuno.com if you haven't already)
- A name for your job board
- A short description of your niche (e.g., "Remote engineering jobs" or "Climate tech careers")
- Optional: A custom domain you'd like to use
Step 1: Create your job board
- Log in to your Cavuno dashboard
- Enter your board name and a short description of your niche
- Click Create
Your board is now live with a default subdomain (e.g., yourboard.cavuno.com). Cavuno's AI immediately starts setting up your board — generating a color theme, page content, and backfill rules tailored to your niche. You can track progress in the onboarding checklist on your dashboard.
Step 2: Add your logo
- Go to Board settings in the sidebar
- Find the Board logo section
- Click Upload a logo or Generate with AI
- Select a square image (minimum 200x200 pixels, PNG or JPG)
- Click Save changes
Step 3: Connect a custom domain
- Go to Board settings in the sidebar
- Click the Domains tab
- Enter your custom domain (e.g.,
jobs.yourcompany.com) - Add the DNS records shown to your domain provider
- Click Verify

Step 4: Set up payments
- Go to Board settings in the sidebar
- Click the Billing tab
- Connect your Stripe account
- Create your pricing plans
