Launch your job board in 5 minutes with this step-by-step guide.
Get your job board live in just a few minutes. This guide walks you through the essential setup steps.
Before you begin
Make sure you have:
- A Cavuno account (sign up at cavuno.com if you haven't already)
- A name for your job board
- Optional: A custom domain you'd like to use
Step 1: Create your job board
- Log in to your Cavuno dashboard
- Click Create Board or select an existing workspace
- Enter your board name and click Create
Your board is now live with a default subdomain (e.g., yourboard.cavuno.com).
Step 2: Add your logo
- Go to Board settings in the sidebar
- Find the Board logo section
- Click Upload a logo or Generate with AI
- Select a square image (minimum 200x200 pixels, PNG or JPG)
- Click Save changes
Step 3: Customize your SEO
- Go to Board settings in the sidebar
- Click the SEO tab
- Update your:
- SEO title - appears in the browser tab and search results
- Meta description - shown in search results
- H1 heading - the main heading visitors see
- Click Save changes
Step 4: Post your first job
- Click Jobs in the sidebar
- Click Create job
- Fill in the job details:
- Job title
- Company (add one first if needed)
- Work arrangement (on-site, hybrid, or remote)
- Employment type (full-time, part-time, etc.)
- Description
- Application method (URL or email)
- Click Create job
