Cavuno Overview

The Cavuno dashboard is where you manage your job board. This guide covers each section and what you can do there.

Navigation sidebar

The left sidebar gives you quick access to all areas of your board. At the top, Your job boards shows all boards you manage and the Create a job board button lets you add new ones.

Application

• Home - Your dashboard showing key metrics and recent activity
• Jobs - Manage all job postings on your board
• Job Alerts - View and manage job alert subscribers
• Companies - Manage employer profiles
• Blog - Create and manage blog content (Posts, Authors, Tags)

Settings

• Board settings - Customize your board's appearance, SEO, domains, and more
• Team members - Manage team access and permissions
• Plan & billing - Manage your subscription and payment details

Onboarding checklist

When you create a new board, the dashboard shows an onboarding checklist that tracks your setup progress. If AI setup is active, steps like Brand your board and Create a backfill rule show a spinner while Cavuno generates your theme, page content, and backfill rules. Once complete, the checklist updates automatically and you can review or customize the AI-generated settings.

Dashboard metrics

Your Home dashboard displays key performance indicators:

• Current visitors - Real-time count of people on your board
• Jobs posted - Total active job listings
• Traffic trends - Daily visitor charts
• Top performing content - Most viewed jobs and pages

Quick actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly:

• Create a new job posting
• View traffic trends
• Access board settings

Filtering by date

Use the date picker in the top right to filter analytics data:

1. Click the date range selector
2. Choose a preset (Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days) or custom range
3. Your metrics update automatically
