Change Your Board Language
Change the language your job board is shown in, and see what Cavuno translates for you and how long it takes.

JYour board language is the language visitors see on your job board. Cavuno uses it for your site text, for the skills, categories, markets, and locations on your jobs, and for the company descriptions it writes.
Change the language
- Go to Settings → General
- Choose a language under Board language
- Click Save changes
On a board built with the AI website builder, Cavuno translates your site and publishes it for you. A status badge next to Board language shows progress: Translating to your language, then Publishing, then Translated. If your board has never been published, the change stops at Ready to publish so you can review it first, then publish from the builder.
On other boards, the language changes as soon as you save.
You can also ask the AI website builder to change the language, then publish your changes.
What changes, and when

Where Cavuno has no translation yet for a skill or category, it shows the English name until one is ready.
What stays the same
- Jobs stay in the language they were posted in.
- Blog tags are names you choose, so Cavuno does not translate them.
Check the result
Open your board in a private browsing window once the badge shows Translated, and check your site text. Check skills, categories, and locations again the next day, because they can take up to a day. If something is still in the old language after that, contact support and tell us which page. We'll tell you whether it's something we fix, or something you can change in the AI website builder.
