Meet Cavuno Companion

Help running your job board, backed by the founders.

If you are reading this in Companion, report the problem in this chat and keep using the same conversation. Otherwise, open Cavuno Companion from the chat on our website or inside your dashboard. Ask it product and how-to questions, or use it as a sounding board for job board growth, pricing, and operations. For example, it can help you set up a custom domain, understand a Starter plan limit, or think through how to price your job posts.

When you are signed in, Companion can check available account details, such as your plan and usage, to answer your question. For now, it explains what to do; you make any changes in your dashboard.

If Companion cannot help, or if you ask to talk to a person, it hands the conversation to Cavuno's founders. Their reply appears in the same conversation, so you do not need to repeat the context.

You can also email us at hi@cavuno.com. When you write in, include your board name and any relevant details such as screenshots, page URLs, or error messages so we can help faster. If you are already talking to Companion, send those details in this chat instead of starting another conversation.

If you step away from the website chat, leave your email to get notified when we reply.

What to include

For this problemInclude this evidence
A page does not loadThe full page URL, what you expected, and the error shown
An import did not behave as expectedThe import type, approximate time, and a sample row with private data removed
Email or domain setup is incompleteThe domain, current status shown in Cavuno, and the DNS record type involved
A payment is missing or incorrectThe board name and relevant transaction or invoice identifier—never send full card details

Do not send passwords, API secrets, private keys, or full payment-card numbers. A screenshot is useful when it includes the page heading and visible error, but redact candidate, subscriber, and billing information that is not needed to diagnose the problem.
