Sign a DPA

Cavuno's Data Processing Agreement applies to all customers through the Terms. Go to Settings → Legal to sign it if your organization needs a countersigned copy for its records.

Before you begin

You need Owner or Admin access to sign. All members with Settings access can see signed copies and download them as PDFs, but only Owners and Admins can sign a new DPA.

Sign a DPA

In Settings → Legal:

1. Click Sign DPA.
2. Enter your entity name, address, signer name, role, and email.
3. Check I agree to the Data Processing Agreement.
4. Click Sign.

Sign a new version

When Cavuno publishes a new DPA version, existing copies are marked Superseded. In Settings → Legal:

1. Click Sign version X.
2. Confirm the prefilled details or update them.
3. Check the agreement checkbox.
4. Click Sign.

Download a signed copy

In Settings → Legal, open the row menu (⋮) next to the signed copy and click Download PDF. If Generate PDF appears instead, click it to render the file, then download from the same menu.
