How do I turn off the Powered by Cavuno link?

On Basic or any higher plan, go to Settings → Features and turn off Display "Powered by Cavuno". The change saves immediately and removes the link from the public board footer, transactional emails, and the jobs widget. On Starter and Free the switch stays on and opens an upgrade prompt.

Which plan includes removing the Powered by Cavuno link?

Basic and above. Basic is $105/month or $948/year ($79/month equivalent). Starter can keep the board public, but it does not include removing the footer link. If you are already on Basic or higher, turn the switch off. You do not need another upgrade.

Does turning it off also remove it from emails and the jobs widget?

Yes. The same switch controls the public footer, the Powered by Cavuno line in board emails, and the jobs widget. The email editor shows the same switch under Footer. Saving there writes the same setting.

Remove the Powered by Cavuno link

Turn off the Powered by Cavuno footer link on Basic and higher plans.

The only Cavuno mark on a public board is a small Powered by Cavuno link. Turning it off removes that link from the footer. Your logo, colors, and domain stay as they are.

Before you begin

You need Basic or a higher plan: Grow, Advanced, Scale, or Enterprise. Starter and Free do not include removing the link. Confirm the plan name in Settings → Plan & billing. See Plans and pricing.

If the plan name is already Basic or higher, skip the upgrade and use the switch below.

Turn the link off

Go to Settings → Features
Toggle Display "Powered by Cavuno" off

The setting saves immediately. There is no separate save button for this switch. On Starter or Free, turning it off opens an upgrade prompt for Basic and leaves the link in place.

The same switch also hides the line in transactional emails and on the jobs widget. The email editor footer has the same switch, labeled Show "Powered by Cavuno". Turn it off there and click Save if you are already editing an email. That writes the same setting.

For example, a Basic board that still shows the footer link has the switch on. Toggle it off, then open the public site in a private window. The footer no longer includes the link.

Verify the link is gone

Open the public board in a private browsing window and scroll to the footer. Confirm the Powered by Cavuno link is absent. If you use the jobs widget, reload the external page and confirm the link is gone there too. From the email editor, select Send test and confirm the message footer no longer includes the line.

If the switch will not turn off

On Starter or Free the switch stays on and the dashboard asks you to upgrade. Go to Settings → Plan & billing, upgrade to Basic or higher, return to Settings → Features, and toggle Display "Powered by Cavuno" off again.

If you later move to a plan that does not include removal, the link comes back. Upgrade again, then turn the switch off.

Asking the website builder to delete the badge does not remove it on a plan that does not include removal. Use the Features switch after you upgrade.
