How to Add LinkedIn Insight Tag to Your Job Board
Track LinkedIn ad conversions and build matched audiences from your job board traffic.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag tracks visitors to your job board so you can measure LinkedIn ad conversions, build matched audiences for retargeting, and see demographic breakdowns of your traffic through LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
What the Insight Tag enables
- Conversion tracking: Measure which LinkedIn ads drive employer signups or job applications
- Retargeting: Show LinkedIn ads to people who visited your job board
- Website demographics: See the job titles, industries, and seniority levels of your visitors
- Matched audiences: Create targeting segments based on pages visited

- Click Analyze > Insight Tag in the left navigation
- Your Partner ID is displayed at the top — it's a numeric string like

|---|---|
| All visitors | Broad retargeting for brand awareness |
| Pricing page visitors | Retarget employers evaluating your plans |
| Job page visitors | Target active job seekers with relevant ads |
| Blog readers | Nurture engaged visitors toward your job board |
Website demographics
The Insight Tag unlocks a Website Demographics report in Campaign Manager showing:
- Job titles of your visitors
