Page addresses in your board language

Boards built with the AI website builder now use page addresses in the board language, such as /vacatures on a Dutch board, everywhere Cavuno links to them, and old English links still work.

A board built with the AI website builder now uses page addresses in its board language. On a Dutch board, jobs live at /vacatures, companies at /bedrijven, and a job at /bedrijven/company-name/vacatures/job-name.

  • Every link Cavuno sends uses them: your sitemap, job alert emails, XML feeds, webhooks, Slack posts, the API's links.public and the job URLs sent to Google all point to the translated addresses
  • Old English links still work: /jobs and other English addresses permanently redirect to the translated page, so bookmarks and earlier shared links keep working. You don't need to set up redirects yourself
  • robots.txt follows your addresses: the rules that keep search engines off extra results pages (?page=2 and on) now use your board's own addresses, such as /vacatures?page=

Translated addresses are available in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, Czech, Turkish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish. English boards keep their current addresses.

Other improvements

  • "Remote" on Dutch boards: Dutch boards built with the AI website builder now say "Remote" instead of "Op afstand" on job locations, filters and job alerts, the word Dutch job seekers use
