A saved search used to be filters only, and saving a person needed a published job. Now a saved search can also hold the people an employer saved to it, so a company can keep a private bench of candidates before it has a job to put them on.
- Save lists every saved search of the company, whether or not it is linked to a job, and can create a new one in place
- Saved searches are shared by everyone in the company
- A saved search keeps its filters. New candidates who match still appear when it is opened, but only people someone saved are stored on it
- A Saved filter switches between all matching candidates and only the saved ones, and combines with the other filters
- Saving an applicant never changes their application stage
- Linking a saved search to a job shortlists everyone saved to it onto that job. After that, saving someone to it shortlists them, and removing them takes them off the job while they are still at Shortlisted
- On a linked saved search, a Stage filter narrows the saved people to a stage of the job pipeline
The SDK methods are board.me.companies.talentLists.members.list(), .add() and .remove(), and board.me.companies.talentLists.memberships() lists the saved searches one candidate is on. The starter template includes the Save control, the Saved filter and the Stage filter.
Available on every paid plan with the talent directory and employer accounts.
