Your board can now sell downloads: resume templates, salary reports, interview question banks, study guides, a Notion or Canva template to copy, or a booking link. Create one from Settings → Products → Create product → Digital product.

  • Free, fixed price, or pay what you want with a minimum. Free products collect the buyer's email and can offer your job alerts
  • Up to 50 files and links per product, 500 MB per file. Every file is virus-scanned before any buyer gets it
  • Replace a file and past buyers get the new version, with an optional "Let buyers know" email
  • Download limits per file, and a forwarded download link asks for the purchase email
  • Stamp each buyer's email and purchase date on every page of your PDFs
  • Checkout questions (text, checkbox, dropdown), including an EU right to cancel waiver template
  • A sales limit, a refund policy saved with each sale, and optional ratings and reviews with your replies
  • Sales on the Transactions page, with reset downloads, resend link, correct email, refund and end access
  • Four buyer emails you can edit in the email editor

Payments go straight to your Stripe account, and Cavuno takes no fee. Buyers see the product pages, download page and their purchases on your board's site. The Board API and SDK have new board.products and board.purchases namespaces, the Operator API manages products, files and sales, and two new webhooks announce purchases and refunds.
