Cavuno Companion, the assistant in your dashboard, can now make changes to your board with your approval and answer "how is my board doing?" with charts computed from your own data.
Changes with your approval
- Ask for a change: "Turn on job alerts", "Rename this job to Senior Product Designer", or "Set the seniority of every draft job to Senior". Companion shows a card with exactly what will change, old values struck through
- Choose on the card: Deny, Allow once, or Always allow for that kind of change. Deletes name the action, ask you to type how many when there is more than one, and never offer Always allow
- Bulk changes: one card for every matching record, live progress with Stop, and a summary of anything that could not be updated and why
- Undo: reverse an edit, on one record or many, or delete records Companion just created. Records changed since are left as they are
- Audit log: changes show as made by the member "(via Companion)", linked to the conversation
Permissions and limits
- Settings → Companion: each member chooses, per action, Always allow, Ask first (the default), or Never
- Limits for members: Owners and Admins set the most a member may choose, board-wide on Settings → Companion or for one member from Settings → Members → ⋮ → Companion permissions
- Always asks: deletes, and changes to security, billing or outside access
- Companion acts with the member's own role, so it can only do what that member can do in the dashboard
Charts, tables and the go-live checklist
- Charts and tables: visits, page views, apply clicks, job page visitors, jobs published, live jobs, subscribers, revenue, and Search Console clicks and impressions, by day, week or month, compared with the previous period. Cavuno computes every value; each card has Download CSV, and charts have Show data
- Go-live checklist: "What do I still need to do before going live?" shows which steps are done, each row opens its page, and Companion offers to do the steps it can, such as turning on job alerts
Included on every plan. See Cavuno Companion and Companion permissions.
