You can now see the applications your board collects without signing in as an employer, and delete one when an applicant asks you to remove their data. You can also delete a single Inbox conversation when a visitor makes the same request.
See applications
- From Jobs: choose View applications in a job's menu, or select its Applications count. Filter by stage and open any applicant
- The full application: details, cover note, resume, employer notes, and activity history, with a link to the applicant's job seeker profile. Guest applicants are marked Guest
- On a job seeker's profile: a new Applications section lists every application they submitted, with the job, date, and stage
Delete an application
- Privacy requests: open an application's menu and choose Delete application. Cavuno removes the application, its resume, employer notes, and activity history, and the job's count updates
- Profiles stay: a signed-in applicant keeps their job seeker profile and account
- Who can delete: Owners and Admins. Editors can view applications. Every deletion is recorded in the audit log
Delete an Inbox conversation
- Privacy requests: open a conversation, select More actions, and choose Delete conversation. Cavuno removes every message, reply, private note, and attachment in it. Replies you already sent stay in the visitor's email inbox
- Who can delete: Owners and Admins. Every deletion is recorded in the audit log
Delete an employer's account
- Privacy requests: in a company's Team section, open a member's menu and choose Delete account. Cavuno removes their account, messages, and conversations; the company and its jobs stay. Owners and Admins only
Ban someone from your board
- Block without deleting: open a job seeker's profile menu, or a company member's menu in Team, and choose Ban. They are signed out and can't sign in, so they can't apply or post from their account or send messages, and their data stays. Unban restores access
