Your board has a niche. Now your job posting form can match it. The new Job form settings page lets you tune the built-in form so it asks for exactly what your board needs. Nothing more, nothing less.
Shape every field
Head to Settings → Job form to control the posting form:
- Show or hide fields: turn off salary, seniority, or visa sponsorship on boards where they don't apply, so posters aren't asked irrelevant questions
- Narrow the options: limit work arrangement to on-site only, employment type to full-time, or seniority to senior-and-above. When one option is left, the field disappears and its value is implied for every job
- Require what matters: make salary or seniority mandatory so every posting carries the details your audience expects
- Set the rules: add a salary floor or ceiling, restrict to specific currencies, or lock postings to the countries your board operates in, including where remote candidates can be based
Every rule applies everywhere a job is created: your dashboard, the public submission form, employer posting and editing, and the API. Set it once and it holds across the board.
Built to keep your board healthy
- Relevant filters: search filters and badges follow your form configuration, so a board that limits its form to on-site won't show a "Remote" filter
- No broken jobs: tightening a rule never unpublishes your live listings; the new rules apply to a job only when it's next edited
- Google for Jobs protected: the form won't let you remove a field Google requires, so your jobs keep their search placement
- Messages in your language: the validation messages posters see can be edited and translated in the website builder, alongside your other form labels
Open Settings → Job form to make the form yours.
