Account self-service

Board users can now finish credential and account tasks themselves, and employers can run a company team without emailing you for every change.

Settings on the board

Password: signed-in people with a password change it from Settings (current plus new). Magic-link and OAuth-only accounts get Set password, which sends the existing reset email
Email: a new address is confirmed at that inbox before it switches. The old address gets a security notice
Account deletion: a typed confirmation removes the person and their personal data. Companies stay on your board. If the deleted person was a company admin, the earliest remaining member becomes admin

Members page: each company has a Members item in the employer menu, next to profile, jobs, and posting
Admin and member: both roles manage jobs and applicants. Admins change roles, remove teammates, and send invites. A company always has at least one admin
Invites: admins email a 7-day invite, and the link doubles as email verification, so a new coworker lands in the company without a code screen. Coworkers can still join by matching work-email domain, work-email verification, or your approval
Leaving: anyone can leave a company from the members page. The only admin promotes a teammate first, so a company is never left without one

Admin-gated: a company admin can delete the company and its jobs from the profile edit form
Operator toggle: Settings, then Features, then Employer company deletion (on by default). Password, email, and account deletion have no toggle
No silent resurrection: aggregation will not re-add an employer-deleted company. If you want it listed again, create, import, or backfill it yourself
Operator email: Cavuno notifies board owners (company name, live job count, employer address). Control it under Settings, then Notifications, then Employer company deletions

Four new templates in the email editor: Email change confirmation, Email changed notice, Account deleted, and Company member invite.
