Candidates no longer have to search from scratch every visit. After they sign in and complete a profile, your board recommends jobs for them.

Job matches on hosted boards

  • Page at /matches: signed-in candidates open Job matches from the account menu, next to saved jobs
  • Ranked from the profile: skills, roles, and the fields a resume upload fills in. Jobs they already applied to are left out
  • Resume upload helps: uploading a resume completes the profile we use to match them with relevant jobs. An empty list prompts an upload instead of guessing
  • Sign-up copy: creating an account is framed as the way we match them with relevant jobs
  • Editable in the builder: heading, match count, empty state, and sign-in prompt are the same kind of labels as saved jobs

Custom frontends

Headless boards call board.me.recommendedJobs.list. Each item wraps the same job card the jobs list returns. The list never includes scores or ranker internals. See How to show job matches.
