A shared inbox for visitor questions

Visitors can contact a job board without signing in. Board operators can reply from a shared inbox, assign conversations, add private notes, and receive a Cavuno notification when a new thread arrives.

Visitors can now send a question from your board's Contact page. After they send it, the page confirms that your reply will arrive by email. They do not need an account.

Your team handles the conversation in Inbox at /home. New conversations trigger a Cavuno email with a link to the thread. Operators can assign, close, or snooze a conversation, add a private note, and reply with images. Email replies from the visitor return to the same thread.

Replies use your board's sender name and address. Every board gets a stable Cavuno sender address; a verified custom email domain replaces it if you add one in Settings → Email. If you already receive support mail at another address, you can forward it into the same Inbox.

You can turn Inbox and contact form off in Settings → Features. The public Contact page and operator Inbox disappear, while existing conversations are kept for when you turn it back on. If an external support address is connected, stop forwarding at your email provider and disconnect it in Cavuno before turning Inbox off.

See Visitor support inbox for setup and day-to-day use.
