Employers can now collect applications directly on your board, review candidates, move applicants through a hiring pipeline, and still route jobs to external ATS links when needed.

Cavuno now includes a built-in applicant tracking system for job boards that want native applications instead of sending every candidate to an external form.

Native applications

  • Apply on your board: jobs can collect applications directly inside the branded board experience
  • Quick apply: candidates can apply in one click on jobs that use Cavuno native applications, avoiding long external forms
  • Resume upload: candidates can attach a resume during the application flow, and employers can download it from the applicant view
  • Signed-in candidate flow: returning candidates keep their email locked to their account, while guest applicants can claim applications later through magic-link sign-in
  • External apply still supported: jobs can still route candidates to an employer’s own ATS, careers page, or application form when that is the better workflow

Applicant review

  • Applicants per job: employers can open a job and review the people who applied
  • Hiring pipeline: applicants move through structured stages so employers can track review progress
  • Candidate details: application notes, candidate profile data, and resume access live together in the applicant panel
  • Editable board copy: ATS labels and application copy can be customized through the visual editor so the flow matches your board’s voice

Also shipped

  • Apply-flow account claiming: guest applications can be attached to a candidate account after magic-link sign-in
  • RSS feed ordering: published RSS feeds now use the correct published ordering
