Audit log

Settings now has an audit log: who changed jobs, members, billing, and API keys — and when. Click a row for before and after. Grow keeps 90 days; Advanced and Enterprise keep the full history and can export it.

When a job is edited, a member is invited, or a setting changes, you can now see who did it.

How it works

  • Settings → Audit log: under Administration, after Members. Owners and admins can open it; members cannot
  • One row per change: time, who did it, what they did, and which record they touched
  • Click a row: the drawer shows actor, resource, IP (when Cavuno recorded one), browser, and the Before and After values
  • Filters: narrow the list by resource (job, member, settings, API key, and so on) or actor type (member, API key, OAuth, employer, system)

What is recorded

Admin changes write a row in the same moment as the change. That includes jobs, companies, members, invitations, blog posts, domains, plans, coupons, feeds, webhooks, API keys, integrations, imports, invoices, and backfill.

The log does not record builder conversations, support chat, or candidates browsing the public board.

Plans

Grow keeps 90 days. Advanced and Enterprise keep the full history and let you export a CSV from the ... menu. Free, Starter, and Basic still record events; viewing the log starts on Grow.
