Candidates build public profiles, employers browse them, and your board becomes a two-sided marketplace.

Talent profiles

  • Public profiles: candidates create profiles with their bio, skills, experience, and preferences. Profiles are visible in the talent directory and discoverable by employers
  • Registration wall: require candidates to complete their profile before accessing certain board features. Drives profile completion rates up
  • Profile completion progress: a sidebar widget shows candidates what's missing from their profile and guides them toward completion
  • Skills and preferences: candidates tag their skills and set job preferences (location, remote, salary expectations) to improve matching

Talent directory

  • Searchable directory: employers browse candidate profiles filtered by skills, location, and experience level
  • Board-scoped: talent profiles belong to your board, not the Cavuno platform. Your candidates are your audience
  • LinkedIn and Google OAuth: candidates sign in with one click using LinkedIn or Google
