Employer self-service

  • Account creation: employers sign up and claim their company profile. The flow collects company details and associates the employer with their organization
  • Direct job posting: employers create and publish listings through a guided form with real-time validation. Jobs go through moderation or publish immediately, depending on your board settings
  • Listing management: employers edit, pause, or remove their own jobs from a dedicated dashboard. No admin needed for routine changes
  • Company profile editing: employers update their logo, description, website, and social links directly
  • Integrated billing: employers purchase job post credits or subscribe to a plan during the posting flow. Stripe checkout is embedded and branded to your board
  • Admin panel: board owners can view, approve, and manage all employer accounts from a centralized admin interface
  • Role-aware navigation: the board UI adapts based on whether the visitor is a candidate, an employer, or a board admin
