Candidates no longer need to open a separate company filter and scroll through a long list. Company search now lives in the main keyword box alongside skills and categories, so filtering to a known employer starts in the same place as every other search.
Search as you type
- Live company matches: typing a company name searches the board and adds matching employers to the suggestion menu
- Relevant results only: the menu includes companies with at least one live job, so candidates never select an employer that leads to an empty result page
- Logos in the list: company logos or initials make similarly named employers easier to distinguish before selection
- One real filter: choosing a company stores its slug as a company filter rather than turning the name into a loose keyword search
A simpler search form
The selected company name stays in the keyword box so the active filter is always visible. Clearing the field or typing a new search removes the company selection. The old company popover and its duplicate controls are gone, leaving one predictable path for finding roles, skills, categories, and employers.
