Bulk import companies

Upload a spreadsheet of companies and Cavuno maps the columns, creates each company with its website, description, socials, and logo, and skips ones you already have. The same import flow you use for jobs, now for companies.

Companies now import the same way jobs do. Drop in a CSV or XML file and Cavuno builds out your company directory for you.

How it works

  • AI column mapping: Cavuno reads your header row and maps source columns to name, website, description, and social links
  • Full company profiles: new companies are created with their summary, socials, and a logo — supply a logo URL or let Cavuno fetch one from the company website
  • No duplicates: companies you already have are matched by website and left untouched, so re-uploading a file is safe
  • Runs in the background: closing the tab won't interrupt an import, and live progress streams each company as it lands
